• New legal foundation (starting 2018)

The Foundation Coucil monitors the legality and economic efficiency of the management of Foundation business by the Accreditation Council and the Board. Its members are appointed by the German Rectors' Conference and the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Länder in the Federal Republic of Germany for a period of four years.
